KILLI® THUTHUVALAI LEAVES POWDER
HEALTH BENEFITS: Thuthuvalai leaves are widely used to relieve persistent cold, sinus, chest congestion. It is also used for cough, throat irritation and fever. It is rich in calcium and good for bones.
HOW TO MAKE: Boil half a teaspoon (2-3g) of Killi Thuthuvalai powder with 150ml of water for 5 minutes, filter and drink. Add salt and pepper to enhance the taste, if required. Take two times daily. It can be mixed with rice, rasam, dosa batter, thuvaiyal and chutney.
